Shamrock Group

The Shamrock Group is a real estate development & investment group based out of Solana Beach, CA.  Every year they attend the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) convention(s), but this year marked the start of a new development on the busiest border crossing in the world.  The San Diego/Mexico border features heavy automobile and foot traffic, and The Outlets at the Border is the latest development that the Shamrock Group is focusing on.  While working at Studio 318, I was tasked with creating a splash page for the initial announcement of the development, revising an existing brochure, and later helping with the development of the new website that is now live.
